A few things before the Break

• You should have received an email from me last Friday – if your child had any missing assignments.  Please make sure those assignments come in by Friday. 
• Oral Language evaluations went home yesterday.  Please return the page entitled “Criteria for success” with your signature as soon as possible.  In the new year is fine as well, but the sooner the better.  The other copies (green newsletter and large evaluation page) can be kept at home.

For Friday, December 21st

• If you want to send to school some treats to share with the class, please remember that we have 2 students with severe nut allergies, as well as a Kiwi allergy.  Please let me know what your son/daughter will be bringing.  (note: if you want to send beverages – please also provide the cups).  
• There will be a friendly competition between the 3 intermediate classes.  It’s a PJ, stuffy and blanket day. We will watch a movie and enjoy some snacks.
• The competition categories are as follows:

a)  Best Bed Head

b)  Best Christmas theme

c)  Best slippers

d)  Most students wearing PJ’s per class.
